Warm Modern Residence includes open living spaces, private bedrooms, a gym, game and lounge areas, and outdoor gathering spaces. Wiretech coordinated Crestron Home, Sony televisions, Origin Acoustics speakers, motorized shades, lighting, networking, and shared equipment so the experience remains consistent even as the rooms change character.
Displays sit cleanly within the interiors, architectural speakers provide sound without freestanding clutter, and automated shades soften the Southern Utah sun. Crestron Home keeps the systems approachable through familiar room-based control and scenes.
