A luxury home’s technology scope affects electrical plans, reflected ceilings, framing, millwork, window details, HVAC, equipment rooms, exterior elevations, and landscaping. Wiretech reviews the architectural set and develops a coordinated plan before those decisions become expensive to change.
We identify system goals, device locations, cable types, panel and rack capacity, shade power, conduit, blocking, ventilation, service access, and responsibilities for every involved trade.

When should Wiretech join a custom-home project?
Ideally during architectural design and before electrical plans are finalized. Early involvement protects keypad locations, lighting loads, shade pockets, speaker placement, rack space, pathways, network coverage, and trade responsibilities.
Does Wiretech coordinate directly with the builder and design team?
Yes. We review plans, attend coordination meetings, document the technology scope, and work with the builder, architect, designer, electrician, cabinet team, and other trades throughout construction.
Can the system be phased over time?
Yes. The infrastructure can be designed for the complete vision while equipment is installed in practical phases. The important part is preserving wiring, conduit, rack capacity, power, and control options before finishes are complete.
