Indoor and Outdoor Video Walls

Direct-view LED makes it possible to create an image at a scale and proportion conventional televisions cannot reach. Wiretech engineers the structure, power, signal distribution, processing, control, audio, cooling, and service access for the exact location.

A Display Designed Around the Space

Indoor direct-view LED walls can create a nearly seamless image in great rooms, theaters, sports rooms, showrooms, conference spaces, and entertainment venues. Outdoor solutions extend that experience to pools, patios, pavilions, hospitality spaces, and large gathering areas with the brightness and environmental protection the location requires.

Wiretech evaluates viewing distance, pixel pitch, image size, aspect ratio, ambient light, wall construction, heat, weather exposure, sight lines, content sources, and aesthetic expectations before specifying the display. The result is a video wall that belongs in the architecture rather than feeling attached to it.

  • Fine-pitch indoor direct-view LED walls
  • Weather-rated outdoor LED video walls
  • Custom dimensions and architectural integration
  • Residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial applications
  • Multi-source viewing for sports, surveillance, and presentations
  • Integrated audio, lighting, shades, and one-touch control

The Engineering Behind a Clean Installation

Large-format LED requires disciplined planning. Structure and mounting must remain flat and serviceable. Dedicated power, surge protection, network and video transport, ventilation, drainage, weather protection, equipment locations, and cable pathways must be coordinated before finishes are complete.

Our team works with builders, architects, electricians, designers, landscape teams, and commercial contractors to document these requirements early. Modules are aligned and calibrated so brightness, color, geometry, and content remain consistent across the entire image.

One Touch from Everyday Viewing to Game Day

A video wall should be dramatic to watch and simple to operate. Crestron or Control4 can start the wall, select a source, choose a full-screen or multi-view layout, set the audio zone, and recall the correct lighting and shade scene from one interface.

For outdoor systems, programmed operating modes can coordinate evening brightness, audio levels, landscape lighting, and system shutdown. For commercial spaces, scheduled operation and simplified staff controls keep the experience consistent without exposing technical complexity.

What is the difference between a video wall and a very large television?

A direct-view LED wall is assembled from modular LED cabinets or panels, allowing custom sizes, shapes, brightness levels, and aspect ratios beyond conventional television formats. The correct choice depends on viewing distance, room conditions, image goals, and budget.

Can an LED video wall be installed outdoors in Southern Utah?

Yes. The system must be selected and engineered for outdoor brightness, temperature, dust, moisture, direct sun, wind exposure, structural support, drainage, power, and service access. Indoor products should not be substituted for a properly rated outdoor solution.

Can a video wall show several games or sources at once?

Yes. With the appropriate video processor, a wall can display one full-screen source or multiple windows for sports, surveillance, presentations, digital signage, or other content. Control presets make those layouts easy to recall.

When should video-wall planning begin?

Ideally during architectural and electrical planning. Early coordination protects structure, power, ventilation, equipment space, signal pathways, finishes, and future service access while changes are still straightforward.
