Control4 whole-home automation, Samsung The Frame and The Terrace TVs, Origin Acoustics speakers, Ambisonic landscape audio, motorized shades, and a private cinema—planned as one effortless entertainment experience.
The brief
Make every room ready to gather, watch, listen, and play.
This estate was built around entertaining at several scales: everyday television rooms, a dedicated private cinema, game and lounge spaces, and expansive outdoor areas. Wiretech coordinated the displays, architectural speakers, landscape audio, motorized shades, controls, network, and equipment so the experience remains consistent from room to room.
Samsung The Frame televisions preserve the interiors when the screens are not being watched, Samsung The Terrace extends viewing outdoors, Origin Acoustics speakers deliver discreet interior sound, and Ambisonic Systems carries high-performance audio into the landscape. Control4 gives the household one familiar way to operate it all.

One experience across every space
Control4 keeps a large entertainment home approachable.
The Control4 system brings television, cinema, music, outdoor audio, lighting, shades, and room scenes into one consistent experience. Engraved keypads, handheld controls, touchscreens, and mobile access let the household prepare a single room or the wider property without managing separate apps.
Entertainment zones and scene names were organized around the estate itself—from the theater and lounge to the outdoor gathering areas—while the controllers, network, sources, and distribution equipment remain centralized and serviceable.

Interior televisions, architectural loudspeakers, cinema equipment, furniture, finishes, and sightlines were selected and positioned together so high-performance rooms still feel designed.

Samsung The Frame televisions sit cleanly within the interiors, while Origin Acoustics architectural speakers deliver room-filling sound without adding freestanding equipment or visual clutter.
Immersive sound · One-touch operation
The private theater combines Origin Acoustics loudspeakers, a large-format image, layered lighting, and Control4 operation in a room designed specifically for movies and shared experiences.
Ambisonic Systems landscape audio
Outdoor sound disappears into the landscape.
Ambisonic Systems loudspeakers and subwoofers were integrated among the palms, desert rock, hardscape, and outdoor entertainment structures. Distributed coverage keeps music full and consistent across the gathering areas without relying on a few loud sources aimed across the property.
Wire paths, locations, amplification, zones, and Control4 operation were coordinated before the landscape was complete, then balanced and tuned after construction and planting were in place.

Daylight, privacy, and viewing comfort
Motorized shades support the way each room is used.
Motorized window coverings manage glare and privacy while supporting television viewing and the changing daylight conditions across the estate. Shade groups and room scenes are integrated with Control4 so the homeowner can adjust the environment without a separate collection of remotes.
Power, wiring, treatment locations, fabric behavior, and controls were coordinated with the windows and interiors so the shades feel like part of the architecture rather than an accessory added later.
